SPI-Analyzer

SPI Analyzer is used to record and realtime visualize data traffic of synchron busses using the SPI standard. The hardware consists of two modules. SPI signals are captured and processed by the SPI-APPLICATION-MODULE using a fast CPLD. Transferring the data via USB 2.0 is done by the UNI-USB-TRACER II. Both modules are linked by a high-speed FIFO interface.
Both the firmware of the application modules and the firmware of the tracer basic module can be reprogrammed using the PC. This allows an easy and flexible adaption to customer-specific needs without changes in the hardware.
The supplied software can be used for both configuring the tracer and online visualizing the captured data. Furthermore the software allows the user to save the data in a freely configurable format for further processing by other tools.
